Welcome to Baddow Hall Junior School

We are a successful school situated in the heart of Great Baddow. Our success can be measured and seen in many ways – in our most recent Ofsted inspection report, in our assessment outcomes, from discussions with parents – but most importantly, in the young lives of our pupils who develop as effective learners, confident individuals and responsible citizens.

Our vision is to provide a positive, safe and ambitious learning environment that encourages creativity and fosters community.  Our goal is to help pupils achieve their potential and become academically skilled, emotionally and socially intelligent, confident individuals who are well-prepared for the next step of their education.

At Baddow Hall Juniors, we work closely with our partner Infant School on our shared site. Our school grounds are spacious and provide great opportunities for outdoor learning, as well as play, sport and family events. There is a strong focus on maintaining good relationships in a partnership between home and school.

We would be very happy to welcome you on a visit to our school and appointments can be arranged via the school office.

We are delighted to be in receipt of this Young Carers in Schools award that is a step on the way to ensuring some of our youngsters do not miss out on a vital stage in their learning. As a school we are making further progress on our journey to equip children with the necessary skills to succeed.  Obtaining this award will also help to spread awareness of this situation and the challenges that some pupils face in our school community.
